Balancing Proper Nutrition and Fitness Practice within a busy life isn't always easy! It's time we stop doing what's easy, and to start do what's right! 

I am blessed to be married to my amazing wife Kim, and be father to my two awesome children! Through my experience as a Collegiate Athlete, Coach, Trainer, Educational Leader, and DAD, I have gained a valuable perspective and expertise in what it takes to be healthy and fit while balancing the demands of being a father.

How It all Began...

Chapter 1: Wake Up Call
Rewind back to Fall 2011, and I was newly married and working hard to live a healthy lifestyle... (some might say too healthy). 

I was getting to the gym 4-5 times a week and eating overly-prepped well-planned meals. 

Basically, I was 30 years old, and felt great.

Then 6 months later my wife and I experienced the birth of our first child. 
And while it was the most exciting time of our lives... it made it almost impossible to live the same healthy lifestyle I was living previously. 

You see, the problem was I was no longer able to get to the gym on a regular basis, or spend as much time on prepping meals.

And I quickly found the excitement of becoming a new dad also brought with it a lot of "other" side effects…

Such as less sleep, less exercise, more stress, and worst of all... many more quick and easy unbalanced meals.

So I was now struggling to maintain the routine I had worked so hard over many years to perfect.

I began to look ‘soft’.

And it played with my mind.

It was depressing that I couldn't balance maintaining my health, while still being a good husband and father.

The cold hard truth was my life had been evolving, but my plan and routine had failed to evolve with it.

And I realised my health had taken a backseat to the other priorities in my life.

I knew it, I felt it, and my body screamed it out for everyone to see.

I felt soft and weak. From the outside, someone could say "Cam, you still look alright". But I didn't want to look "alright". I wanted my body back!

The mental strain was agonizing. I saw my once athletic and lean build fade away on the outside, and my mental health was fading away on the inside.

Panic set in and I wanted immediate results!
Chapter 2: The Discovery
I tried every "diet" I could...

I eliminated complex carbs. ..I tried high protein, high fat...I tried fasting...

I was trying anything that promised me weight loss and muscle gain... 

I was eating more chicken breasts and carrots in a week than any healthy human should.I eliminated complex carbs.

The whole process was really hard on me...Mentally most of all.

My search for quick results had failed to produce any sustained result. 

In 2014, Kim and I welcomed our second child to our family. 

Once again, I struggled. Any progress I had made in the 2 years since our first child was born was lost. 

To make matters worse, I developed a dangerously unhealthy relationship with food. 

I was looking at food as a tool to lose weight...not as fuel for my body.

I was lean...but I felt sick, small, and weak.
Life continued to speed up...and I just couldn't keep pace. I became extremely discouraged and I wanted to just give-in to the inevitable...the dreaded "dad bod". 

I started to think to myself...

"This is a part of life...every man has to give up his dream body at some point."
"You can't be healthy and a responsible father and husband. One of them has to give..."
"You're stuck in this body forever...there's no hope."
That's when I had an unexpected encounter with a world famous nutrition expert who showed me a strategy so powerful...that any man could use it to unlock his dream body
He taught me the science of blood sugar stabilization...and that's when EVERYTHING changed!

From this event, I discovered how the right balance of protein, fats, and carbohydrates at the right intervals would teach my body how to use food as fuel to burn off stored fat as energy...and build muscle!

It was now finally clear to me how I was goign to be able to lose weight and keep it off long-term.

And discovering this "how-to secret" meant I could actually get the results I desired most...

And still eat the foods that I love!

Not only had I found a way to FEEL my best...I transformed my Body's Composition!
I was ecstatic I had finally found a REALISTIC AND SUSTAINABLE  way to make nutrition work for me and my family.

And I was so excited by the results I got and how easy it was to implement...

That I knew the next step was to share this life changing plan with other Men just like me...

Who were sick and tired of feeling weak, fat, and unhealthy...
I choose to call my message and my mission...
